Online Backup and Restore

Online Backup and Restore is a fully automated online backup solution for desktops and laptops delivered as a minimal maintenance, SaaS solution. The service helps eliminate the uncertainty of traditional data backup methods through an automated process requiring access to the corporate network or VPN.

It is deployed with a simple Internet connection, enabling IT administration to set backup policies that run automatically in the background whenever the user connects to the Internet—no end-user action required.

The service is controlled with a centralized IT management and reporting console, allowing desktops and laptops behind on backups to be easily identified by user or machine name. Delayed or missing backups can be jump-started from the management console. Automated scheduling allows backups to be executed during office down time.

IT resources are reduced as implementation does not require a dedicated staff, reducing time spent on deployment and daily management.
