Jeff
Ridout
President
Jeff Ridout is the Founder and President of Eastbay
I.T. Consulting Inc. His primary duties include the
daily oversite of all operational and technical activities
at Eastbay. Ensuring client satisfaction as well as,
technical aspects of installing and configuring clients
systems are second to none and are just some of his
day-to-day chores. After graduation from the University
of Western Ontario in 1994, Jeff was in charge of
overseeing the software development and marketing
of Internet Canada Corp. ICAN.NET’s product
line. While successfully transitioning through 3 Corporate
take-overs Mr. Ridout was at AT&T Canada spear-heading
a new launch of Internet related products. In 2000,
Jeff founded Eastbay I.T. Consulting Inc. With a background
in marketing and I.T., Jeff has steadily grown his
Technology Solutions Company into one of Toronto’s
best, servicing hundreds of residential Clients and
dozens of Corporate clients over the years. Mr Ridout's
most satisfying achievement to date has been
his companies perfect track record of never losing
a client since Eastbay's inception.
Naveed
Javed
Support Technician
Naveed Javed has more than 6 years of experience in
building, maintaining and administrating Information
Technology infrastructures. Naveed holds Associates
in Information Systems Technology from Northern Virginia
Community College and a Diploma in Computer Networking
and Systems from Seneca College of Computer Studies.
He is also a Certified Cisco Network Associate, an
A+ Certified Computer Technician, an Microsoft Certified
Professional (MCP) and a Certified Information Security
Systems Professional (CISSP).
Jesse
Brown
Marketing/Admin Coordinator
Jesse Brown has been building, configuring and repairing computers for
over 8 years. Jesse holds a diploma in Digital Media
Technical Production from Seneca@YORK. As the marketing
and promotions manager at Republik Nightclub, Jesse
helped successfully launch Toronto’s most technologically
advanced entertainment facility. Now reconnecting
with his I.T. roots, Jesse is helping Eastbay continue
to grow as one of Toronto's premiere I.T. services
company.
Chris Riddell
Support Technician
Chris Riddell joined Eastbay in August 2007 after coming to
Canada from New Zealand. He has a degree in Computer Science from
Victoria University in Wellington, NZ.
After graduating university he worked as a Helpdesk Analyst and then Systems administrator
for Russell McVeagh, a major law firm in NZ.
Since then, he
has been working with Small Businesses
in New Zealand for the last 2 years assisting them with everything from servers to cellphones. He is a Microsoft
Certified Professional (MCP) and a SonicWALL Certified
Administrator (CSSA) level 3.
Lori Hughes
Office Manager
Lori handles day-to-day business in the office, talking to clients and assisting the team to be more productive.
